Every day, Trade Joe's, Ralphs, Sprout and a few local companies, including organic whole sale food companies are giving up plenty of food. Some moving company are giving us clothes and furniture.
Are you currently targeting other specific populations, locations, or markets for your innovation? If so, where and why?
We are searching Long Beach area, calling 'ghost town', Venice Beach area too. There are one of the poorest area in LA. We check the San Diego too. But the homeless people are spread in San Diego. We'll go there too.
What type of operating environment and internal organizational factors make your innovation successful?
They have nothing to lose. Not only the customers, but also the volunteers will get benefits from it.
