Access to economic opportunity.
Women will be more independent and proactive in the society. They will be more informed, educated and open. They will be able to resolve their problems on their own and be more confident. As I have mentioned above we have a patriarchal society in Armenia, that hinders self-development of many women and a lot of able and skillful women remain under the pressure of their husbands or parents-in-low till the end of their lives. They need to be educated even sitting in their houses, they can earn money without leaving their houses or kids. They should be informed bout their rights and duties and be proactive even in the remote communities. Thanks to the technological reforms Armenia is in the first place among the South Caucasian countries in terms of internet users and computer holders.
