The primary objective of GenderMax is to propagate the ideology that women are vital to development.
This drives our drama's, musical concerts, seminars, and every other activity that complement the ideology.

Gendermax has been able to spur politicians in the Iju Isha area to improve facilities in the primary health centers within her local government area to cater to maternal case
Gendermax has been able to reduce population of child hawkers by 5% an enrolling them in vocational training institutes.
Spread Strategies: Moving forward, what are the main strategies for scaling impact?
We aim to leverage social media and mobile technology to grow our tentacles and improve access and increase success in the near future.
Financial Sustainability Plan: What is this solution’s plan to ensure financial sustainability?
We will grow financially by selling concert tickets and drama/play presentation tickets. We will also accrue revenue from sales of finished beauty and fashion products from vocational arm.
Marketplace: Who else is addressing the problem outlined here? How does the proposed project differ from these approaches?
Currently no one in our geographical area is addressing this problem via theatre and concerts. However others are using vocational training and counseling to address gender issues.
Founding Story
GenderMAX started as a need to fill the gap in providing creative ways to tell a story relating to gender issues that will stick to the mind of the audience. The theatre and concert concept was adopted.

Head of Team is a certified local government studies specialist with experience in grass root development
Creative Director is certified in theatre directing and stage management
Vocational Instructor is fashion designer and beauty stylist

2012 Reachout Nigeria Rural Outreach, a patriotic campaign that aimed to inspire and motivate rural dwellers in Iju Ishaga area to build their belief and help them become better citizens and contribute to the economy.
