Example: Walk us through a specific example(s) of how this solution makes a difference; include its primary activities.

Motivated by my passion for helping people, this initiative works directly with people in need, do not use intermediaries to bring the help because frecuently these ones are lost on the way, this program delves into the corners poorest of this country , as hospitals, schools, orphans and each suburb to bring a light of hope to the hearts. A Hand for Haiti makes a difference because anyone has dared to sacrifice their small budget and face the dangers of crossing the border to bring food to those people dying of hunger, bringing joy to those humble people. See your happiness on their faces when they receive food for me is priceless and fills me with great satisfaction, also this project have inspired young people of other nations to be part

Marketplace: Who else is addressing the problem outlined here? How does the proposed project differ from these approaches?

To eradicate poverty and hunger in Haiti there are few people involved in this cause because it is a problem to which many others do not anything, stay away and close their eyes for not to see completely ignoring what is happening around us, but my strong commitment for the world stands firm in my fight and give the best of my every day so that people do not starve because to see those people in the streets, dying in the sun waiting for someone who give them a bread to eat, often a bread that never will arrive, my eyes fill with tears and for that I work very hard every day in this great cause

Founding Story

As the province where I live, Dom Rep. is divided of Haiti by a small river, since I was child I always felt inspired to help Haitians, I looked at the miserable conditions in which they live. Through the years I saw the economy of my family is coming down because about strong earthquake of Haiti 2010, my family suffered the ravages of poverty, we live times when we did not have to eat every day, have no buying water, pay for basic services, so I cried every day when I had to go to bed hungry and the next day again suffer the same situation, so I decided to work hard for my family and pay my studies. all this motivated me to do something different for the world and that people do not starve.
