Impact: How does it Work

Example: Walk us through a specific example(s) of how this solution makes a difference; include its primary activities.

Trabaja Mamá; is an humanitarian idea that works towards improving the quality of life of mothers in the world; her sons and her family but would also be a great tool towards equality; justice, tolerance and respect for mothers; while this business idea directly serves the economy and the productive apparatus of the country as an alternative economic relief for companies and their operating budgets reduced the weight of its payroll because of his outstanding work can be performed outside the company for a much lower cost; for example instead of hiring a worker who could generate a higher annual expense for the company, this one hires the service of our platform that would be less costly and would benefit gender equality.

Impact: What is the impact of the work to date? Also describe the projected future impact for the coming years.

Is a unique and innovative platform, with impact and guaranteed success. Why? Because includes and serves women especifically MOTHERS (the half population of the world are women and suddenly most of the women become a mother one day). Trabaja Mamá is an intelligent agency seeking comfortable insertion of mothers in the workplace; with jobs that fit her needs, routine life and also serves as a propeller so that future generations will have more time and physical presence of a parent. In Venezuela: 50.3% of the population are women; there are aproximately more than 10 million of mothers, and only 37.6% of them are part of the workplace, the rest of the women are at their houses feeling guilty of being a mother rather than to work, or trying to make money at any cost to survive and to give welfare to their family. In the United States there are 5.2 million of moms staying at home.

Spread Strategies: Moving forward, what are the main strategies for scaling impact?

Trabaja Mamá as I wrote before has an INCREDIBLE POTENTIAL; the strategies to move foward are to stablish networking and connections with foundations and networks of women, mothers and defenders of women's rights. I have been working with more than 10 professionals mother around latin america that are willing to expand this initiative, also to bussiness man established in the USA, also offering press conferences and participating in such awards like this one and others activities like shark tanks.
Sustainability

Financial Sustainability Plan: What is this solution’s plan to ensure financial sustainability?

This initiative requires budget only to make the platfform a reality; the domain www.trabajamama.com belongs already to us; also twitter/facebook and intsagram @trabajamama accounts. What we need specifically is help to develope and program our platfform, our budget is modest, we only need 19.000 $ To make our innitiative a dream come true.

Marketplace: Who else is addressing the problem outlined here? How does the proposed project differ from these approaches?

Nobody is addressing this problem in the way we are doing it; this is what make us innovative and unique. Our enemy or competence will be the previously existing jobs pages that can offer also this services.
