there is food insecurity in Africa, thats why de depend on foreign aid all the time.

Solution: What is the proposed solution? Please be specific!

During bumper harvests, farmers often sell sweet potatoes at throw-away prices. Losses after harvesting are high due to perishing. In some communities in Eastern Africa, sweet potatoes are preserved for the dry season by sun-drying to make amukeke – dried sweet potato chips. The dried chips are boiled and mashed with beans, milled or pounded to make flour, which can be mixed with either millet or cassava flours to make stiff porridge.

it can control floods in the rural africa. it harvests and stores water in the dry rural africa which can be used to irrigation of small scale farms, for livestoke and human consumption after treatment

we are planning to go full commercial but we have stalled, due to financial constraints. but with proper marketing and crowd funding we could be the project of the continent.

we will need adversiting, proper advertising and adequate funds. this will enable us reach many parts of the continent.

we will incorparate individual who are interested, the local and national governments, institutions, fundraisings and NGOs. but after going commercial we will depend on our sales to grow the revenue and acquire land to plant more sweet potatoes.
