In my city exist 110 ilegal dump site with out public control. On one hand, Regarding health, waste deposits tend to be a source of spread of diseases like Hepatitis, cholera, dengue fever and respiratory illnesses. Also look for revalued land which are full of these waste and avoid next wasteland contaminated with debris. With this we can generate new green spaces that can be used for planting trees as also social housing, the sectors where these lands are in outlying areas. With this production we also dignificaremos residents of these sites. On the other hand, we prevent new disseases on the field. When we recycle the debris, the result is a new eco-product that replaces the sand in construction industry. This eco-sand is changing the paradigm of the waste in the industry of construction.

Impact: How does it Work

Example: Walk us through a specific example(s) of how this solution makes a difference; include its primary activities.

We are doing a job that is more than an environmental work since it also impacts in other areas in such a way that we contribute to poverty eradication and the dignity of the habitat of the most vulnerable. On the other hand, we are the only proposal to the problem of waste from construction and demolition in my city. Therefore, that our work is already different from what makes the municipal status as provincial as also companies transporting such waste. Despite not having a company equal in today's market, we differentiate ourselves from everyone in our business model and our vision of company that we want to be. Company with global Impact starting in Argentina.

Impact: What is the impact of the work to date? Also describe the projected future impact for the coming years.

Particularly we are generating impact on factories of blocks of concrete as also the of paving stones, since they are generating a significant harmful effects was the city continuously. In such a way that we have achieved that at end of 2015 we eliminated waste generated by three major companies in the city. At the same time, generate links with the two companies leaders in the market to transport rubble with the end to add more debris in our production. In terms of the strategy towards future, it is in order to hack the political system. Creating rules and laws that will allow us to be able to develop it with great impact and thought for the entire city. We also incentivaríamos to the creation of new enterprise as the waste dump in order to be able to remove the construction and demolition waste. On the other hand, we have created an alliance with the National University for grow up.

Spread Strategies: Moving forward, what are the main strategies for scaling impact?

Since we started we propose different strategies in the long term as there is to be an innovative social entrepreneurship and has no precedent in my country to rewrite many rules and laws to achieve our vision. That is why during the year 2015 we are dedicated to develop political lobby for being able to hack the system, making contact with municipal councillors and national delegates to be able to create laws that changes you will see in the next 5-10 years. In addition to this, we have short term opportunities to scale in two cities of the country in the concept of social franchise.
Sustainability

Financial Sustainability Plan: What is this solution’s plan to ensure financial sustainability?

Our way of being economic and financial sustainable is through the sale of our products, but we have two big clients with those who are going to work annually by signing a contract. In this way we require the customer to make us a prepayment of 30% of the total turnover in order to be able to finance new productions and evolve with the technology. This prepayment is also to have reserves in case by any negative event that we pass or any payment.

Marketplace: Who else is addressing the problem outlined here? How does the proposed project differ from these approaches?

we are the only option today on the market. Our value added part on different sides: first we generate business alliances with cooperatives of vulnerable workers to generate inclusive work. In addition we provide a certificate of responsible deposit by whenever a company give us your scrap in addition also certify products. The certificate consists of a metric of carbon footprint and recovery of ecosystem that the company generates by working with us. In this way we encourage our customers to enter the international market or become certified to international standards. We will be corp in2016

Founding Story

When I was 18 years old i founded diferents NGO that works in the poorest neighborhood of Córdoba. During my work, i started to detect settlements landscapes and the most vulnerable areas of Córdoba is full of products from demolition and hazardous waste due to lack of awareness of the inhabitants. In addition I found children playing among the waste, people seeking the daily sustenance and others who live among the garbage. Given the scenario that I decided to commit myself to change it globally with political incidence. I know that these is a big problem in my country and Latin America because the governments don’t take public politics to solution this huge problem.
