No Poverty, Decent Work and Economic Growth.
During my time in university in London, I was studying finance and business at Cass Business School. This gave me an opportunity to be at the epicentre of the global economy. Interacting with different people from different cultures and mindset helped me develop an outlook about subjects like politics, finance, economics among other things. I took a placement year with Walt Disney in London which gave me an insight in the working of a Multinational and how decisions are made there. This my first entrepreneurial venture , but I feel I have experience in dealing with various stakeholders already which gives me an edge.
I’m working with two partners in the education industry, one involved in the process of curriculum development - Educomp Solutions. a listed education company in Asia and also with Lotus Learning Foundation- a social enterprise which is helping me with understanding the working of Teach Each from the perspective of second class employees in order to get aware of their needs.I’am also actively seeking consulting and advice from several top executives in india in order to understand how to sell the project to the MNC’s. My mentor Shantanu Prakash, CEO, Educomp Solutions is backing me to run a pilot in his organisation which will materialise after the curriculum development is complete.
