80% of infectious diseases spread through hands and having access to water & soap is not always easy. According to UNICEF, 1,400 children under five still die every day from diarrhoeal diseases caused by a lack of safe water, sanitation and basic hygiene. Applying hand hygiene practices in the workplace you can reduce up to 60% of absenteeism according to studies. Moreover, every time you wash your hands you waste 2L of water.

Solution: What is the proposed solution? Please be specific!

Touchland has the aim to provide smart and waterless hand hygiene solutions to improve everyone’s daily life. We have launched a new product line that has revolutionized the category of hand hygiene. It has been the first design & innovative release of this category and we are willing to position our company as leaders in innovation & design. The traditional sanitizing hands play a role: sanitize. We combine technology, design and functionality to provide "a new experience where you do not only sanitize your hands, but you also enjoy it.” We also dedicate the 5% of our profits to deliver our hand hygiene solutions to developing areas where there’s water shortage & hand hygiene is crucial to survive.

All hand sanitizer companies address to healthcare and hospitals. Touchland has realized that people interaction is not just in hospitals but all over: schools, restaurants, hotels, airports, etc; that's why we've designed solutions that fits the needs of this target. We also realized that in developing countries hand hygiene is crucial and usually there's water scarcity that's why we deliver our waterless hand hygiene solutions through our Touchlives social campaign.
Team

Founding Story

I created Touchland with no previous work experience. I just had 24 years old and just finished university. I was rised in a family of entrepreneurs so I understood really well what are the pros and cons of an entrepreneur. Besides there's fear to fail, uncertainty & no guarantee of success, I still took a chance because I truly believed in my dream. I realized hand sanitizer where a product that was more convenient, efficient & sustainable than traditional hand washing, but I also realized that there wasn't any brand I could relate in the market, mainly just commodities and hospital devices. That's when I realized Touchland would make history and improve everyone's life.
