About Project

Problem: What problem is this project trying to address?

In our country it is a big problem, because the seniors are discriminated in the labour market and young families with small children cannot work because they have nobody to educate and take care of their small children.

Solution: What is the proposed solution? Please be specific!

In this course, the listeners of the courses choose themselves to provide services for families and people of different ages, pre-school children and young students and older people. It is important to provide these services with correct psychologywith joy and high quality services which require knowledge and Social grandmothers acquire these skills at special courses (duration 90 hr.)
Impact: How does it Work

Example: Walk us through a specific example(s) of how this solution makes a difference; include its primary activities.

The activities give psychological support to the people who have chosen to work for others. Given duties restore their self- comciouness and the feeling of being needed to the society, being able not only of the self-care but also of helping others. Psychological health works positively on the whole wellbeing of the senior people: it adds to the quality of their lifestyle – often many jobless years seniors have new qualification and can enter labour market as a socially substentiated personality.
