How are you leveraging internal resources (funds, time, knowledge, etc.) to support this initiative?
I am working in vaccines market and I interact directly with the doctors, so the time I spend daily on the field, can be used also for this campaign to gather information and get the support of the doctors and other related stakeholders . Also, me experience in media is an added value for implementing this campaign. The funds, as I mentioned above, will come from all the industry players due to the fact that the results of the project is in the benefit of all of them. If it will be needed further time, funds, knowledge, I am confident that my team from GSK will contribute to sustain the project.

It is a project which involves governmental structures, NGO’s, Pharma companies, media actors who understand the issue and so their support could be a certain one.
Tell us about your partnerships across your company and externally that are key to your project's success.
The vaccines team from GSK Romania sustains innovative ideas regarding vaccination. The whole leaders from GSK Romania seek ideas that can make the change in business and in the health of people. An external partner is the Romanian Government through Ministry of Health and Ministry of Education, Pharma companies that are involved in vaccines market and NGO’s will sustain this campaign because they know that only together we can make a difference.
What internal support have you gotten for your project? What kind of push-back have you received?
This project is a must for the year 2013 in Romania. We have no push-backs in this moment.
