What | 2023 Prudential Emerging Visionaries Summit

*Saturday and Wednesday are travel days. Saturday also includes Summit Registration and a Welcome Dinner. You are welcome to travel home on Tuesday evening after the summit events have concluded.
Travel Information
Arrival Airport | Newark Liberty International (EWR) Airport only. Flights to any other airport will not be permitted.
Important Notes:
- Upon arriving to Newark International Airport (EWR), please proceed to baggage claim. Your driver will meet you at baggage claim level with your name on a sign. You will also receive a text message from your driver once the driver is on location.
- If travelling by train, pick up will be located on West 31st Street side. You will also receive a text message from your driver once the driver is on location Air Travel
- For participants driving, please plan your trip to arrive in Newark, New Jersey before 2:00 PM so you can register. Upon arriving at the hotel, leave your car with the valet and ensure you get a ticket. We will validate all parking tickets for the duration of the summit
Flying Tips:
- Check-in 24 hours in advance. Confirm that all personal information (name, spelling, date of birth, flight number/times) is accurate.
- Arrive at the airport early. We recommend you arrive at the airport 2 hours early to be safe.
- Stay updated. Airlines are often known to change flight schedules, so please do not depend on your initial flight schedule as your final flight info.
- Confirm your seat. If your initial ticketing confirmation did not provide your seat number, please call the airline or visit their website to view or change your seat assignment. Some airlines do not release seat assignments until 48 hours before your flight, so you might have to wait to see where your seat is.
- Bring your ID. A photo ID such as a drivers license or passport is required to board.
- Bring snacks. For many people, it's a long flight! We suggest you pack a lunch and snacks.
Arrival Train Station | Moynihan Train Hall at New York Penn Station only. Trains to any other station will not be permitted.

Rooming:
- Every participant will share a room with their parent/guardian.
- Rooms are paid (including tax) throughout the Prudential Emerging Visionaries Summit. We will provide you, your parent/guardian with one (1) shared standard double occupancy room at the Hyatt Regency in Jersey City for the duration of the Summit. We will not cover any incidentals.
- If your room is not ready when you arrive, you may store your luggage with the hotel staff.
- Wi-Fi access is included in hotel rooms and public spaces.
Meals
- Regular meals, including breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks throughout the day while attending the Prudential Emerging Visionaries Summit will be provided.
- If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let our team know in the Event Registration form or via email.
