The model is like this.
We create a campaign, such as the consumer receiving a free gift. In order for them to receive the free gift and a free trial, they need to become a member of the service. They start on a free 14 days trial, and after this period, a membership fee of 5 pounds will be deducted every six months. Unless they choose to end their membership. If they continue 30 pounds will be deducted for membership fee the next 6 months. Out of this amount 10 pounds are used to pay for the gift, 15 pounds for the affiliate, SM or Email campaign and 5 pounds to send the card. If they do not cancel their membership after these three months, the next three months will be profit for ClubKard.
There are two sides to the benefits the consumer receives, one is discounts in real life stores and the other is online. The one online will provide the consumer with cashback options on mostly everything they buy. With our technology, we can track purchases made to partner websites. If the consumer saves 20% on a product, we will add another 5% for charity. Everytime they save money, we add 25% of the amount saved, for their chosen charity.
