The condom is not only for pregnancy prevents – it prevents STD’s as well as Hepatitis and HIV-AIDS. This project main goal is to increase awareness to STD’s and HIV-AIDS prevention as well as to reduce future infertility.

WHAT IF - Inspiration: Write one sentence that describes a way that your project dares to ask, "WHAT IF?"

What if there were not STSDs that caused illness and infertility?
About Project

Problem: What problem is this project trying to address?

Youth sexual behavior - youth do not use a condom in temporary sexual relation . So they put in risk their health and their future infertility. Youth believe that the "pill of the day after" is the answer to the problems ignoring the troubles the use may occurs. Youth should understand that it is in "their hands" to bring the change. 30% of infertility are mechanical that means the tubes of the woman and the mans sperm pipe are blocked.

Solution: What is the proposed solution? Please be specific!

Lectures to youth open a true dialogue bringing the facts and the solutions to the problem. In every lecture the class answered a anonymous survey and after collecting it, the lecture starts, bring the biological information on one hand and the solutions as well as the behavioral important issues between the genders. We explain the illnesses one by one and that to all we have a medicines for, but, that the best medicine is - prevention. We also deal with their behavior one another- it is important we illustrate the abuse and rape issue to the pupils. When a girl says "no" it is important that the boy understands it and vise versa. The lectures are a tool to teach youth about the connection between condom and prevention.

Awards

It was accepted to FERTILITY EUROPE for dublicating all over Europe.
Impact: How does it Work

Example: Walk us through a specific example(s) of how this solution makes a difference; include its primary activities.

The lecture accompanies by a survey that its results we measured When the pupils answer the survey they gigging and embarrassed. But at the end of the lecture they asking questions freely and this is the important issue - to speak about the subject and believe that you make and change in one class after one class.

Impact: What is the impact of the work to date? Also describe the projected future impact for the coming years.

The every day inparct is that scools rder the lectures to their pupils. The most important result was that in the last 2 years other organizations start doing the same. The future impact of the project is less STDs and HIV new cases in Israel. The second one is decreased of infertility caused by SDTs that blocks women tubed and men sperm pipes. Think about your future is something youth do not do. Since infertility cannot be forecast it is truly issue to bring the information to the pupils in class and change their attitude.

Spread Strategies: Moving forward, what are the main strategies for scaling impact?

Duplicate the project to other countries as we did in FERTILITY EUROPE. Now it is performed in Bulgaria, Sweden and other countries. In Israel we want it to be in the ministry of education program for high schools. We started to negotiate it but the way is still long. We apply to municipalities to insert it to their programs and also toother organizations that working with youth. in the next 5 years we hope that most of the municiplities will accept our program.
Sustainability

Financial Sustainability Plan: What is this solution’s plan to ensure financial sustainability?

Highschools that want us to lecture must pay for the lectures. We also have the condoms companies to ssist us. Meanwhile the cities and the ministries of education and health do not assist. The program is part of our budgetary program for long term forcast.

Marketplace: Who else is addressing the problem outlined here? How does the proposed project differ from these approaches?

Our program is unique by the start port of prevention future infertility by dealing with the present. Other organizations is does it take it from the point of present - illness and other. For example: HIV NGO lectures too but their point of view is to prevent present new patients. We were the first to conduct the lectures in high schools age 14-18 years old and for a class as a social agent view. That means that the pupils in the class are also responsible for their friends behavior.
Team

Founding Story

The schools are paying for the lectures. We are a fully volunteered NGO so the lecturers are volunteers. The costs are printing materials and costs of advertisement and costs of travelling to schools. For example in order to speak about the man and woman reproductive system we have roll-aps. These we have to renew every year. The companies that supports us provides us with the samples of condoms, piles and other medicines we show the pupils how to use or to avoid.

Team

We have 22 volunteers that support the project. Connect with schools and advertise the project. We are all volunteers.
CO-CREATION IDEA: Please offer a brief description of how you imagine a win-win partnership with Boehringer Ingelheim to better serve unmet needs in health. (Hint: Please mention the underlying business model envisioned that would make such a partnership sustainable.)

A win-win solution will be a company that allows as to lecture also to schools that cannot pay for the lectures. There are many of them in Israel and we want to lecture there too. The only thing we came up was: a program where the pupils volunteered in the CHEN and so we can lecture. It is like a BARTER. One of the ways was preparation of a short film for CHEN. Another way is to collect empty bottles that can be returned to the shop and refundable so the money will be for the lectures payment and the pupils will learn to recycle for the benefit of our earth.

NEEDS: Based on you response above, please specify which of the following resources, operations or expertise by Boehringer Ingelheim you imagine leveraging to actualize the proposed co-creation opportunity.
