Our director is also the Head of Pediatric Department of Shaanxi Provincial People’s Hospital, when he studied abroad, he learned about knowledge concerning child abuse; what’s more, when he was consulted by patients daily, he found that most injuries were caused by abuse rather than accidental insidences. As soon as going back to China, he contacted with relevent sectors and organisations and paved the way of launching work concerning child abuse prevention and treatment.
