Problem: What problem is this project trying to address?

Unemployment and inadequate housing are two of the biggest, deepest and toughest socioeconomic problems facing our civilized world and billions of people are trapped in these quagmires. The challenges of insufficient jobs and inadequate housing confronting today’s mankind have dangerously grown in complexity, intensity and urgency. Clearly, the world is now in a state of emergency that requires urgent, planned and coordinated global response.

Solution: What is the proposed solution? Please be specific!

In today’s Internet driven mobile, digital economy, how can the 21st century modern man intelligently deal with these predicaments? The modern world should mobilize both financial and non-financial resources to renovate old or create new beautifully designed and solidly built houses. Next, introduce the concept of universal uniqueness for houses and their managing companies through codification and certification processes. The two new processes assist to turn existing houses back to money in the form of Internet friendly house notes or currencies. This last step helps to ensure that houses can go global, mobile, digital and semi-liquid. As a result, houses in the present digital economy are better owned, shared, traded and consumed etc.
