Problem: What problem is this project trying to address?

The Industry have only Accenture Nigeria as its leader and a relatively few others that provides similar services but to only Multinationals. Many SMEs have proved profitable but yet to benefit from this industry. This business services industry is projected to be a fast growing sector of the services industry, and expects an average growth of 3.6% or more annually. With over 250,000 Good Profit-Making SMEs in Nigeria there exist little or no BPO agencies (especially Information Technology Enabled Services ITES) for them. Major outsourcing companies in Nigeria have ignored the SMEs causing an unidentified and untapped increase in demand.

We educate client SMEs on how to access financial services like E-banking, online-loan requisitor/tracker whilst helping them outsource hardware/software components specific to their business need; to help client SMEs achieving better results without wasting much time and money

we will start by enlightening the local SMEs and amplify the benefits of IT-BPO to their business, and while we provide this services with continuous R&D, BCM, we engage in multi level marketing campaigns.

IT-BPO industry offers a huge opportunities for existing and potential investors. Considering the large untapped demand potential and strong fundamentals, the Nigerian IT-BPO industry is expected to increasingly explore new markets for SMEs by cutting costs and increasing competiveness through outsourcing and even freelancing. Marketing is growing for many reasons, one of them is because SMEs is at the heart of economic and skill development in Nigeria. Coming into this market will make us a foremost leader in IT-BPO for Nigerian SMEs.
