63 percent of all women in Papua, New Guinea are illiterate. An education is the most rewarding and valuable asset to receive. The world is progressing and it is time for women to take a stand. Women in Papua, New Guinea, in my hopes, will be able to obtain the right to education they deserve.

About Project

Problem: What problem is this project trying to address?

Literacy rates for women are too high due to poverty and a government who doesnt enforce the importance of it. Women are not getting the education they should be allowed. Women should have the same educational rights as men.

Solution: What is the proposed solution? Please be specific!

I plan to raise money for supplies both the awareness and to help put women through school, as well as collecting donated school supplies.
