Great for any age but best to start young as the body starts to age at 30. Cost-effective to decrease health care needs, expensive medicines and painful procedures and surgeries. Promote through Active Living Task Force, neighborhood associations and community partnerships. Implement in schools and churches and through park and recs. May use playground equipment for steps and rails. Implement in businesses, offices and factories.

Simple, fun and easy to learn. Can be done anywhere, no equipment needed. 7 min. DVD so can train own staff.
