Yes

If your innovation seeks to impact public policy, how?

Yes, we are trying to help the state to make right decisions related to social policy of the country.

Politics in Azerbaijan is aimed to take the various innovations of the European countries regarding to social sphere. We have recently adopted two important projects related to orphans and disabled children, deinstitutionalization and inclusive education program. But both of these programs were not adapted to Azerbaijan as the availability of specialists and customs of the country was not taken into consideration. We as a public organization trying to deal with such projects which are not adapted to Azerbaijan, and may cause harm to society. With regard to social responsibility, we often conduct joint activities with government agencies trying to change their view of the social problems of orphans and the disabled.
