Concise Summary: Help us pitch this solution! Provide an explanation within 3-4 short sentences.

The conceptual idea is to open up a creative Café named 'Edu4Community' for youths. The idea behind this Café is to create an opportunity for young female adults to express themselves artistically, and to use their imagination to channel their feelings and thoughts while they go through adulthood.

WHAT IF - Inspiration: Write one sentence that describes a way that your project dares to ask, "WHAT IF?"

What if we could bring a sense of belonging to life, chievement and prosperity to a new generation of women?
About Project

Problem: What problem is this project trying to address?

'We live in a decaying age. Young people no longer respect their parents. They are rude and impatient. They frequently inhabit taverns and have no self control.' The question is why do the behaviors of our younger female generation over centuries remain the same? Could it be human nature? Rebellion? or perhaps the answer to these are all yes, but for kids growing up today they are all prone to adversity in various contexts and shapes.

Solution: What is the proposed solution? Please be specific!

The idea is to promote creativity for our younger female generation so as to be able to harness their creative potential and to be able to channel their energy needs to bring a sense of belonging and achievement in their life. This will lead them to find creative solutions in order for them to face their daily challenges in the transition of their life from youth to adulthood. We live in a world where INEQUALITY EXISTS!!! We want to re-shape this thinking. The world is a constant mass of adaptation that respond to behavioral change. How do we think we can fix it? How do you influence youth attitudes today without creating social injustice and riots? How to reduce social media use and lead them to create lifetime memories?
Impact: How does it Work

Example: Walk us through a specific example(s) of how this solution makes a difference; include its primary activities.

Change their attitudes. Change their visions. Re-channel their efforts and change the world! 'Edu4Community' will offer the possibility for female youths to be able to express their emotions, creativity, life challenges faced during adulthood transition through art instead of seeking life damaging solutions such as alcohol and drugs use. This will also provide them the opportunity to display their work in the cafe as well as earn an income from the sale of their painting. Artifacts may include painting, models, statues, songs or even writings. The cafe will be a gathering and welcoming space for all youths to come and share their experience and struggles. This will empower a new vision of the female society as a strong and powerful one.

Impact: What is the impact of the work to date? Also describe the projected future impact for the coming years.

-No more inequalities between men and women. -Give a sense of belonging to the community. -A redirection of their emotions and fears to bring change to their life. -Create idea generation blooming leading to creativity in various forms. -Avoid alcohol use and drugs. -Be able to earn some money out of it. -Be able to express their feelings in the form of art. -Help society by creating a more creativity focused female youth society who think differently, but which may prove beneficial to have a perspective of. -Reduce anxiety. -Create artistic abilities. -Learn art and listen to their histories. (Younger female youths can build onto other female life experiences in the world of adults.) -Reduce frustration of life. -Reduce social media use and promote personal interaction.

Spread Strategies: Moving forward, what are the main strategies for scaling impact?

NO MORE DISCRIMINATION AMONG MEN AND WOMEN!!! To target one individual who can re-evaluate life and bring change to one's world is to be able to change society itself, as well as bring change in the world. By changing our vision and reducing discrimination between men and women, we will be able to re-educate our society that a 'man's job' is not a 'man's job' but just a JOB.

Financial Sustainability Plan: What is this solution’s plan to ensure financial sustainability?

-Create a VOICE for WOMEN. -Organize workshops in high schools and help female students in need. -Use income generated from art work. -Promote youth development program. -Donations. -Create a voice for the younger generation.

Marketplace: Who else is addressing the problem outlined here? How does the proposed project differ from these approaches?

The marketplace is full of people selling art just profit related purposes and do not address any specific type of issues that will help and be beneficial to society over the long term. What we want is to create an OPPORTUNITY FOR WOMEN, to be equal on a gender base related matter and be able to channel their frustration in an art form, that will prove; 1. Beneficial on a personal level 2. Be able to generate an income from it 3. Give them the opportunity to show the world that we should not underestimate a women's job and capabilities to do work.

Founding Story

The story is based on giving the opportunities to women in the world. Being able to witness inequalities in world place has lead me to want to bring change, but change is not something done in a day. I takes time and a re-assessment from a community's point of view to be able to do so. SO I BELIEVE TODAY I CAN RE-EDUCATE THE COMMUNITY WITH MY IDEA.
