We are located in the second poorest country in Latin America, by political factors and natural disasters we have suffered. When women in Nicaragua and the world will be valued as a thinking being, with capacities to undertake goals and not be so marginalized, was achieved that women who are the most in the world, we can better the world economy, because we are excellent managers

Extreme poverty is given that there is no work, mainly in rural areas poor countries like ours. In Nicaragua unemployment reaches 50%. If all families tuvieren a permanent job, they would have the opportunity to bring home a monthly, plus social insurance benefits the family income. This business (project) aims to be fair to the workers, in addition to wages, offer training opportunities in business hand, nutrition and food security. The business will donate each month fresh eggs for school lunches in rural schools, since for the same poverty, children have no proper diet for better performance in class. This project generates revenue, and improve the community.

This project is an idea that is written in a business plan, which is described through a BUDGET, but knowledge in the field and leadership in the community will be that the idea is to be successful for the generation of employment. The strategies are the responsibility of the project, quality service to our potential clients, profitability, planning to get assertive achieve a balance between revenues and expenditures. What drives me to get started in this project has been all my working experience developing project, working with rural communities in extreme poverty, seeing the scarcity of labor, frustrated, but at the same time motivates solve the problem.
