Impact: How does it Work

Example: Walk us through a specific example(s) of how this solution makes a difference; include its primary activities.

we all know about the accident of "RANA PLAZA" where around 1400 worker died and 3000 more injured.do we know how the injured victims are now ? most of us don't know.we don't bother thinking about them.we have forgot that once they were the strong hand of economy but now they are living a disabled, without work, miserable life.they have got the potential to work as they have got a lots of experience but their experience is not helping them because of their physically challenged condition. our pilot project was run on them and they made a revolution in the concept of our thought.they had proved that losing both legs, cant destroy their potential. they have made wonderful hand made design on panjabi(traditional )without any kind of training.

Impact: What is the impact of the work to date? Also describe the projected future impact for the coming years.

our main goal is to improve the living level of rural women.if we can create an environment where women will be able to work at anytime staying at their own home, will definitely improve the their living level and national economy as well.we are giving working opportunity where they will be able to work after doing their house works.they will be payed more than the average market as in our project their is no middle hand.disabled women will be able to help their families by giving a good amount of money to families.this circle will also reduce the poverty as there will be no women without works.pilot project has changed the life of 5 women who cant walk ,with just $260.we have included 5 more victims with the profit we made.so, with $15000 we can change the life of 250 disabled women in one month. with profit, 200 more will be involved in next month.this project will create awareness too

Spread Strategies: Moving forward, what are the main strategies for scaling impact?

this project can be started just with $2000 and with the profit, it will involve more women in every month.in 5-10 years we hope to bring every disabled women of every village in the light of earning.awareness will be created through this project which will help us to achieve our dream.a part of the profit will be used to open new shops and involve more women.donations will be welcomed to broaden the circle of this project more rapidly.justified price of cloths and payment will be ensured.government funding will be asked .
Sustainability

Financial Sustainability Plan: What is this solution’s plan to ensure financial sustainability?

the pilot project was run with just $260 and there was a profit of $100.this project is run by it's own profit.this project just need a start up amount of money and after that this will run by it's own.we will collaborate will companies who want to buy share and invest with this project.to make this project more successful within short time, we will ask for funding help from government.

Marketplace: Who else is addressing the problem outlined here? How does the proposed project differ from these approaches?

whole country is the market place for this project.cloths will be sold in every districts as our project aims to set up shop in every district.online selling will be another marketplace as now a days this has become very much popular among the mass people.we will also keep an option for whole sell.orders will be delivered through courier mail in remote ares to broaden the market place.

in our project the general customer are the people of all ages and gender as we look forward to make beautiful cloths with the extraordinary hands of physically challenged women. the mass people of our country always have intended to help the poorer sector of our country but they just haven't got the way through what they can help the physically challenged women.now the people can help by buying beautiful hand made designed cloth made by the women.

Scaling the solution: How would the prize money and publicity help you to achieve your objectives over the next two years?

our project is now at a start up stage. initially we have run a pilot project which was a successful one and now we want to spread the idea and the project in every corner of our country and for that we need a healthy amount of money.so, we believe if we can get a healthy amount of money, we will be able to run the project and bring a good number of physically challenged people in the light of economy. in the next two years, we look forward to involve at least 200 people and give them job opportunity.our aim is that no physically challenged women will remain deprived of job opportunity. we believe our project with healthy amount of money will make them self-dependent and bring peace among the families in rural areas.
