The project is train female about Equal opportunity the CONCEPT of prohibiting race and sex from being factors in decisions and equal employment. Equal Employment Opportunity is the concept of eliminating race and sex from hiring, assignment and taken decisions in employers larger than 15 workers

About Project

Problem: What problem is this project trying to address?

As I have been living in North Africa for 7 years , through my study at University , I have got friends who were dismissed from their family , other drop down the school , other see that no reason to continue study because after marriage she would be only house-wife. The problem come from North African traditional reinforce by the religion .In Morocco about 70% of young female traditionally believe to be depending on husband as house-wife.

Solution: What is the proposed solution? Please be specific!

This main vision is to inspire young female Moroccans particularly Meknasi students towards achievement of equal opportunity between gender and to support Intercultural citizenship and its education. We have club at faculty of science and EST for specific training for female , we hire national coaches both male and female to train young girls about concept of equal opportunity . This specific training is ongoing for each academic year between faculty of Science at EST. We organize conference ,seminar , forum for same issue by inviting advocate female to encourage our participants.

Women in positions of power within an organisation serve as strong role models for younger girls. When girls see women from their own communities in leadership positions, the possibilities for their own accomplishments become more real. Women leaders also play an important role in ensuring that girls feel safe and that their needs are met. Many coaches and trainers with whom Women Win has spoken say that girls feel more comfortable conveying their needs to women coaches, trainers and referees rather than male ones. For example, if a girl is being abused at home, in many cases she is more likely to feel comfortable communicating her situation to a women rather than a male.

Impact: What is the impact of the work to date? Also describe the projected future impact for the coming years.

The project impact is to invest in women is recognized not only as the right thing to do but also the smart thing to do. Mounting evidence demonstrates that increases in women’s income lead to improvements in children’s health, nutrition and education. But more rigorous evaluation of projects aimed at women’s economic development is crucial to maintain their support and apply lessons learned to future projects.

Spread Strategies: Moving forward, what are the main strategies for scaling impact?

In Morocco. Prioritizing women for these roles creates leadership opportunities, where such opportunities may otherwise be scarce or non-existent. In all levels of organisational leadership, women have a chance to strengthen decision-making, confidence and management skills over time. Some sport programmes recruit women as staff members.Mounting evidence demonstrates that increases in women’s income lead to improvements in children’s health, nutrition , education and support services to women micro-entrepreneurs in Morocco

Sustainable Sourcing, Opportunities for Women.

Audience: Who have you identified as your customer/recipient groups and do these groups value your solution for different reasons? How do you engage different customer/recipient groups to deliver your solution?

The project identified female from aged 18 to 29 as our costumer . The task force further recognized that the core of empowerment is in the ability of the woman to:
• Control her own destiny
• Having equal access to resources and opportunities {e.g. Land and employment}
• Having equal capabilities {e.g. Education and health}
• Ability to use the right capabilities, resources and opportunities to make strategic choices and decisions
• Living without the fear of coercion and violence

Scaling the solution: How would the prize money and publicity help you to achieve your objectives over the next two years?

The prize money and publicity will help to reach my goal for next two year by hiring public places for doing my activities , displace to other cities which is so difficult for us , and hire other coaches from different places , invite foreign guess speaker to participate in the event we will organize as a workshop for conference , forum , study and seminar . Invite national TV and the women who already achieve their emancipation inorder to encourage other girls

In 2012-2013 a pioneered a project called Indiafrica A Shared Future ( . INDIAFRICA: A Shared Future is a unique people to people initiative that aims at engaging multiple stakeholders in India and Africa through contests, fellowships, discussions, events, collaborative projects and cultural exchanges. The it was supported by the Public Diplomacy Division of Ministry of External Affairs , India
