Bio:
I am currently working as a Research Catalyst in the Design for Change Team, and learning to bridge theory and practice of school improvement/learning through Design Thinking. I was a Gandhi Fellow and worked with Bombay Municipal School Headmasters on designing more engaging learning environments in public schools. I have studied literature from Miranda House, Delhi University and have a Masters in Development Studies from TISS, Mumbai.
I plan to work with school teachers on researching and designing programs for implementing effective pedagogies in public schools.

Design for Change is a powerful yet simple idea where children use a Design Thinking Formula of Feel, Imagine, Do and Share (FIDS) to bring change in their own schools and communities, and in the process build 21st century skills of empathy, collaboration and critical thinking.
