Carrie is the CEO and co-founder at Stockbox Neighborhood Grocery, where she manages long-term planning, store development, financing, and external relations. Prior to Stockbox, Carrie had more than a decade of experience in directing marketing, planning, and operations for non-profits, public organizations, and retail businesses. She has also managed multi-sector planning projects in her work as the co-founder of a Seattle non-profit that helped secure and develop a local park and community center. Carrie was a Kiva Fellow in Tajikistan and is an Echoing Green Fellow. She earned a double B.A. in International Relations and Latin America Area Studies from America University and an MBA from the Bainbridge Graduate Institute.

Stockbox is the new neighborhood grocery. We place small grocery stores across urban areas to offer a local resource for fresh foods, meals, and staples in communities that don’t have access to good food. Our goal is to go where the grocery stores can’t and stock the food convenience stores won't.
