Name: Ioanna Fotopoulou
Ioanna is a Greek political activist born in 1989. She holds a BSc on Surveying Engineering, a MSc on energy issues and a MAs on economics and politics of Southeastern Europe. She worked as a freelance engineer for two different Greek firms. She completed an internship in the European Parliament in Brussels and has worked in two different projects with Roma populations in Belgrade, Serbia and Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. She speaks four languages including Serbo-Croatian and has a great volunteering background among which is also serving as a president of a Rotaract Club in Thessaloniki. In 2013 she founded an NGO, The Activests, focusing on corruption problems and the civil society in Greece. She also got accepted with a full sponsorship to attend the One Young World summit in Johannesburg and she addressed the summit on the fight against corruption she is putting forwards in her country. She also represented her country with her newly established Start up called “Back 2 Agora” in the Clinton Global Initiative University Summit in USA, where she got a scholarship to attend and also got founding for her start up. One of her greatest passions however remains football and she is an appointed referee by the Hellenic Referee Association since 2010.

Concrete problems coming with tangible solutions will serve as a tool for political pressure.
The site gives voice to all the Greeks and engages them to civil society.
