Judith Ellens is the initiator and founder of Eaternity. She holds a masters in environmental sciences with a major in ecology. She has two years of experience in the field of carbon footprinting and has professional campaigning and management skills mainly gained through her work for WWF Switzerland and the Universitiy of Copenhagen. As a board member and project coordinator of Eaternity she has been in charge of projects with partners involving SV Catering, ETH Zürich, Zunfthaus zur Saffran, the City of Zürich as well as others. She is passionate about nature and food and an enthusiastic hobby-cook. With her work for Eaternity she comes one step closer to her vision of an environmental sustainable and fair world. Combining this with good food is even better!
