JumpStart Academy Africa identifies existing schools in Cameroon and Nigeria and partners with them to create improved learning environments that equip young people with the skills that will make them assets for any work environment in the 21st Century.
Using the principles of ethical leadership and entrepreneurship, Jumpstart Academy Africa is teaching secondary school students 21st century skills so that they can innovate across different sectors. We teach students to be job creators as opposed to the old rhetoric of job seekers.

We work with rural farmers to produce high quality bee products for sale in the local and international market. We also provide these farmers with access to education, materials, and tools to help them increase productivity, increase their incomes and break the cycle of poverty.
Our social enterprise is RECREATEE – we are RE-modelling Commodities in the Rural Economy through Agro-processing; with an emphasis on Tourism, Entrepreneurship and the Environment.
Our goal is to use agro-processing activities as a means of providing sustainable livelihoods in rural areas.
My project has a vision to create a network of mobile libraries across villages and remote areas of Cameroon, to facilitate the learning process for youths in these communities and thereby increasing their access to further education and job opportunities. I believe education is the epicenter of our society. In the word of J. F. Kennedy, “Our progress as a nation can be no swifter than our progress in education.” Mobile libraries will serve to increase the educational potential of young people living in communities where the standards of education are low.
