Philippe Junior brings a decade of experience in the work of youth development. He has been involved in the consultations that led to the development of a national youth policy in 2000 and discussions and consultations leading to the adoption of the Charter of Youth Central. He worked as treasurer in the Beach Club from 1998 to 2001, Secretary General of the Association of Aid to AIDS Orphans and elders from 2003 to 2005. He chaired the New Space Partnership Development in Central Africa (NEPADCA), co-founder of NEPADCA in 2005 and now serves as a board member, co-founder of the Aid Association for AIDS Orphans and elders in 2003.
Philippe Junior participated and organized various youth activities at national and international level, including workshops, conferences, celebrations, advocacy and activism-oriented work. He is an active member of various national and international organizations, including the World Assembly of Youth (WAY), Taking IT Global (TIG), Global Youth Action (GYAN) Network, Global Youth Coalition against AIDS (GYCA), the cluster climate change AFAAS / FARA / Africa Adapt, Earth Charter International, Francophone Youth Network for Sustainable Development, the African Youth Initiative for the fight against climate change in Central, 350 Central Focal Point, African Youth Network Development in Central, Rio +20 Global National Music Contest in Central, Major Children and Youth Youth Commission for Sustainable Development in Central Africa, Francophone Youth Network for Sustainable Development, African Youth Panel YOUNGO, Global Charter Earth, Young Francophone Green
Philippe Junior has also acquired extensive knowledge, experience and exposure to civil society through either working or volunteering for the National AIDS Council, Climate Change, Sustainable Development. He worked as an environmentalist in NEPADCA.
Philippe Junior year license is in geography at the University of Bangui. He studied at the Institute for Modern Occupation Specialist with a specialization in Computer Maintenance and Network. He holds a Water Right and Wrongs of Youth and certificates in youth leadership, computers, environmental education, dialogue, peace and development, training, climate change, sustainable development.
