Every child has a Right to Survival, Right to development Right to Education .All seems dream! when every day we cross at least a child labour, when we see every third child are malnourished and statistics shows only 47.16% children take admission at upper primary level. Lakhs of Children are deprived from their basic rights of food, shelter and education. Children without parental care, orphans are more vulnerable. Society compels children to leave school, to be a child labour . At very childhood child looses all opportunity to come out from vicious circle of poverty. To address the issues of the children YCDA initiated different community centric child development programme to protect the rights of the children. It focused on promoting relevant quality primary education in formal school, vocational based education, family based care with community based rehabilitation ensuring child participation in different forum, creating child friendly atmosphere etc. Major thrust is to demonstrate different models and influence policy.
