Rohit is currently working on mission to make southern Rajasthan towards financial, ecological, and cultural sustainability by self sustained farmers of self sustained villages. He is director of Banyan Roots and Vat Vriksh Foundation, Udaipur. Rohit Completed his Masters in Computer application from Fergusson College, Pune. He rejected the offer of corporate companies and started exploring himself by working in different different fields. First He volunteered in Collected Works of Mahatma Gandhi Project in Gujarat Vidhyapeeth. Now he is living in Udaipur. Before Starting Banyan Roots he was working with tribal of North Gujarat on education and livelihood in 2010. Where he found Lands are being poisonous day by day. Farmers are leaving farming due to unsustainability in farming and meanwhile consumers are getting poisonous and unsafe food. So that scenario invoked him to start value and community base business model in October 2011 to solve these above mentioned issues. He is developing local village industries which can supply all basic food products (from wheat to fruit juices) for his nearby urban areas. He has also founded a farmer's market in Udaipur. Which is connecting farmers and consumer. He has developed trust and community base market. Rohit is National staring committee member of Organic Farming Association of India. He is also part of Learning academy of Em Peace Labs, Arizona State University. Rohit is now working with 61 Farmers in three villages and 400 families in Udaipur area. Rohit and his team is also working on preservation on local seeds, traditional recipes and traditional practices of farming. He has also started a weekend cafe of local and traditional dishes made by organic food from his farm.

Our objective is to move the nation towards sustainable farming by self sustained farmers and conscious consumers. We facilitate entire System so that everyone is benefited.

A platform for small tribal farmers and consumers, where we train cooperative group of farmers for organic farming, indigenous sustainable practices and value addition. We buy their healthy product at fair price and sell it to consumer through our stores which connect our farmers to our consumers.
