From his humble upbringing, Schandorf has learned that no vision should have limitation. He strongly believes that Africa Agriculture will greatly contribute to poverty reduction, job creation, income and economic development by helping small scale farmers to access technology, ready market and timely improved information. In the wake of the Ebola crisis in West Africa, Schandorf has successfully coordinated the communication of 2,500 voice messages on preventative measure to take against Ebola to Smallholder across Ghana.
