Prudential Emerging Visionaries Summit
We are excited to welcome you to the 2024 Prudential Emerging Visionaries Summit! You represent one of 25 exceptional young people from across the country who are being recognized for creating meaningful change in your communities and beyond. The Summit will be hosted at Prudential headquarters in Newark, New Jersey from Saturday, April 20 through Tuesday, April 23, 2024.
The Prudential Emerging Visionaries Summit is an all-expenses-paid trip covering you and one parent or guardian. Winners will also receive coaching and mentorship from Prudential and Ashoka employees and ongoing skills development opportunities.
We want to celebrate you! This Summit is an opportunity to be supported on your changemaker journey and recognized for the hard work and impact you are leading.
We have an incredible lineup for you. At the event, you will have the chance to meet and collaborate with the other winners, including international recipients, in both large and small groups, learn from experts in entrepreneurship and hear from our celebrity keynote speaker (to be revealed to you in April). Winners in the Financial Solutions category will have an opportunity to participate in a pitch-off on the main stage, where one winner will receive an additional $10,000 for a total of $15,000 in funding. In addition, we will have an Awards Ceremony to officially recognize your accomplishments as a 2024 Prudential Emerging Visionaries winner.

This is your guide to everything that needs to happen before you get on your way to the Prudential Emerging Visionaries Summit! Please take note of the due dates:
Step 1: Event Registration Form | Register here by 2/23 This is a closed event. No additional guests will be allowed to join us at the hotel, in our sessions, or at meals. Thank you for understanding!
Step 2: Send Headshots | We can’t wait to continue telling your story and elevating the work you are doing. To better help us do this, please email a photo of yourself to be included on the website and other program materials. A school photo or other formal, vertical, color photo is ideal (please send a .jpeg or .png file attachment; not embedded in the email). Additionally, any photos or videos of you working on your initiative are welcome. Please email your photo to Regine Jean-Francois at regine.jeanfrancois@prudential.com no later than Friday, February 23.
Step 3: Sign the Consent forms | A separate email will be sent with the Prudential Emerging Visionaries Consent Forms via AdobeSign. You and your parent/guardian must complete and submit these forms no later than February 23rd.
Step 4: Travel Booking | We will send you your travel booking once you and your parent/guardian have registered.
Step 5: Pack | A suggested packing list will be added to this site about two weeks before the Summit. We will send regular updates before the Summit by email, as well.
Step 6: Travel to Newark, NJ!
