Founding Story: What was the spark that led you to start your project? What was the "Aha!" moment that led you to get started and see the potential for this to succeed?
While working on innovation project for robotics, we were analyzing the problems. I was wondering where the data get stored, and came across heating problem with datacenter. It required effective cooling. So thought to use natural ways and this idea came.
How do you encourage other people to join your project or learn about the problem you’re working on? If you have a new idea, tell us how you will do this in the future.
We will set up a poster and our LEGO model at school so other students could see it and ask questions. We will show our prototype to a marine biologist at our local aquarium and asked for their feedback. We will send a short written report to our city's environment committee to let adults who make decisions know about our idea. We will make a 3-minute explainer video for YouTube. We will write a letter to the Project Natick team explaining Bio-Float and asking them if they would try it!

Impact: How has your project created impact / made a difference so far? Or, if at an early stage, what will impact look like?
Bio-Float: Bio-Friendly Floating Data Centers, aims to create a global eco-friendly solution that protects biodiversity while supporting technology. It provides homes for sea creatures instead of hurting them. We hope to reduce environmental impact. It protects biodiversity.

Project Summary: Describe your project in one sentence
An environment friendly Ocean Datacenter that protects data and the sea creatures.

Bio-Float
The Problem: What problem are you helping to solve? Why does it matter to you and your community?
Data centers create a lot of heat. If extra heat gets into the ocean, it can hurt coral reefs and sea animals. We care about this problem because the ocean is home to many amazing plants and animals. If ocean life is harmed, it can affect our whole planet.

What’s Next: What are the next steps you plan to take to grow or strengthen your project over the next year? If your project is still in the idea stage, describe the steps you will take over the next three months to launch or begin developing it.
We will build a small prototype and test it in a saltwater fish tank to see whether coral attaches to the tiles. We also have plan to work with an expert in marine to understand and get feedback . Finally, we will send our learnings to a technology company to test our solution at a real ocean data center.
Your Innovation: What is different about your project compared to other programs or solutions already out there? How is your project new or innovative?
Microsoft explored project Natick and found safe way to keep the data. We added bio friendly environment. 1. Reuse the Heat: We will capture excess heat from the floating data center and use it to warm water for nearby communities instead of releasing the heat as waste. 2. Create Corals: We will place special coral trays on the floating data center to grow corals and provide shelter for sea creatures. Once the corals are mature, they can be moved to damaged reefs to support restoration and biodiversity. our project turns data-center for protecting data and ocean life.
Your Solution: How are you solving this problem? Share your specific solution.
Our BioFloat solution has two main ideas: 1. Reuse the Heat: We will collect extra heat from the floating data center in a special chamber and use it to warm water for nearby homes instead of wasting the heat. 2. Grow and Protect Coral Reefs: We will place special coral trays on the floating data center to grow corals. When the corals are ready, we can move them to damaged coral reefs to help repair them and provide a better home for sea creatures.
Your team: What role(s) do your team members play? How do you share leadership with them?
We work together to build a Lego model for understanding datacenter. Each of us share discuss and come up with explanations. We build, code and work together.
