We currently lack a product at the 100k price point. While we can offer a local challenge or a standalone report, they feel a little like a bare bones offer as opposed to something exciting.
Your Idea: What is your idea for re-imagining Changemaker Challenges? Share your specific approach.
What if we ran a challenge that is completely framed as an action research product for social innovation? You could frame it using the discovery framework and then collect ideas/innovations as a showcase using the platform as "contributions to the report". The final outcome is a knowledge product with contributors highlighted in it. It can probably be run by 1 (knowledge) person.

The Impact: How will your idea benefit Changemaker Challenge design or delivery?
A leaner challenge that is focused on our key pillars of sourcing and learning. Because it is research we might be able to use AI to scrap the internet and just reference the innovations in our final knowledge product. This would also allow us to tap into our database of older innovations instead of starting over every time. It is also waaay leaner to run with no actual engagement needed and no review stages.
