Climate action through awareness and engagement

The Problem: What problem are you helping to solve and who will benefit the most from your solution? How close are you to the problem and/or community impacted?

English language problem for black minority ethnic, English is their second language in their life, who are living in London borough of Camden, Most of them being young people or refugees or recent arrivals from war torn countries and are approved asylum seekers. This project will enable the youths participate in ongoing football clubs and play in football leagues, which will enhance their confidence and self esteem. The most is young people will be benefit the most from our solution, to learn ESOL class for English language. We are the organisation who are working with them know the issue of them, the same couture or same country. We notice bullying in the hallways, litter on the streets, young people in need of food, or animals in need of help, Making an impact in a community suggests that we are affecting a certain part of it, whether that part refers to a subset of young people or something like changing a physical area of it. It's not an impact on the whole thing. Through our community impact programme, we provide young people from underserved backgrounds with the tools, experiences, and networks they need to succeed. We a good practice and planning to anticipate barriers and obstacles before they might arise. By doing so, we can mitigate them. Analysing community problems will also help us understand the resources we need.

Your approach: How are you addressing the problem outlined above? How are you using the power of sport and physical activity to build awareness, shift behavior, and enable sustainable participation for all in response to the climate crisis? We'd love to know about the origin of your idea, and what was your "aha" moment" that led you to take action?

We are addressing the English language problem outlined above by learning new ways to work through our problems we make young people feel more manageable, and improve our mental and physical wellbeing. By exercising regularly is one of the easiest and most effective ways to reduce the symptoms of ADHD and improve concentration, motivation, memory, and mood. The physical activity immediately boosts the brain's dopamine, norepinephrine, and serotonin levels all of which affect focus and attention. As quickly as possible, all nations will be transition their economy away from fossil fuels. The greatest solution to quit using fossil fuels is to switch to clean, renewable energy as our primary energy source. These include innovations in geothermal, tidal, and wind energy. The product of synapses firing and connecting creative dots between thoughts and images and physical responses. The "aha moment" in self-awareness often happens when we suddenly realize a truth about young people that changes how they see things. It's like flipping a light switch in a dark room we see things clearly for the first time. We taking the time to define a potential challenge we will help us identify certain elements to create a plan to resolve them. By breaking down different areas and potential solutions to a problem will e help us recognize how extensive the challenge will be and what strategies to put in place for a resolution. We will ability of a space to be modified for uses beyond the one originally designed for. Adaptation Not to be confused with adaptability, this will be involves preparation for climate change. Think early monitoring systems to predict floods or wildfires, efficient air conditioning to better cope with heatwaves, drought-resistant seeds and water-efficient farming.

Collaboration with young people and the community: In what ways does your initiative engage young people and community members closest to the problem? What role do they play in building the solution you deliver?

The young people pair their assets with supportive resources and opportunities to interact with others, they make positive contributions to their communities. The Youth will be connect with diverse groups of young people in their communities through volunteering and outreach. We will be collaborate with youth organisations to building partnerships with schools, colleges, and youth organisations will be facilitate better communication and collaboration with young people. These partnerships will lead to joint initiatives, projects, and events that promote youth development and engagement. The ways or initiative will be engage young people and community members closest to Maintaining a community garden, participating in a local blood drive, helping set up a local farmers' market, advocating for others, creating support groups in our community and attending and participating in school board meetings. The role they will play in building the solution we will deliver manager will manage all resources, departmental and project budgets, issues and risks, and project standards issues for the successful delivery of their portfolio area. Have a genuine interest in who a young person is as a person, as well as their wellbeing. Listen to what they say to you, ask them about things they are interested in and remember what they say. Following up on they've said shows that you have listened and you care. We will be in order to turn this around organisations must embrace the collection, analysis and understanding . By developing a clear, consistent understanding of customers will be they start delivering exceptional experiences. They participation is engaging workers at all levels in establishing, implementing, evaluating, and improving safety, they will collaborate within a team.

Potential for/Evidence of Impact: How do you imagine your initiative will make a difference in raising climate awareness, shifting behaviors, or reducing environmental impact or harm? If you have already implemented it, what difference have you made so far? What is the impact your initiative has had¡, and/or what impact do you envision having in the future?

By organize Local Clean-Up Events, to use Social Media for Environmental Campaigns, to promote Sustainable Living Workshops, to encourage Tree-Planting Initiatives, to organize Educational Seminars and to promote Eco-Friendly Products. The shifting behaviour changes include adopting a regular exercise routine, improving dietary habits, quitting smoking, or managing stress through mindfulness. These changes aim to improve overall health and wellbeing. The skill in fast-paced work environments., employees who adapt well often create positive change in our organization. Signs someone could improve include resisting change, avoiding new tools, or struggling with shifting priorities. At our previous work, we had the idea to dedicate a few hours on Fridays to reviewing our efficiency. Our workload was lighter on Fridays anyway, so we were able to spend some time improving our work. We can share stories that are personal and show why this person means so much to you. These stories make our thank us even more special. Maybe we could explain how their help or influence has brought good changes into our life, like learning new things, finding opportunities, or feeling happy. Taking initiative in the workplace will be help professionals boost confidence and advance in their careers. While everyone may have a different skill set that contributes to their success, young people with well-established initiative skills typically do well at work and may have a higher chance of getting promotions. Visioning our future is the act of seeing in our mind what we want to happen. It is more than just thinking about what we want to happen. We need to see our vision as an accomplished feat, as if it has already happened. 1000 young people can have impacted.

Innovation: What is different about your initiative compared to other solutions that are already out there? How is your approach original and innovative?

The solutions that are already out there are: To offering to help when no one asks, resolving minor problems before they become serious, taking on a task that others have avoided, enquiring about what a job entails, providing career advice and support to colleagues and seeking career advancement opportunities. When it comes to creating new ideas, we like to focus on what young people might need or how we I make some aspect of their life easier that doesn't exist yet. The ability to generate original or new ideas or combine existing ones to develop innovative, novel solutions by utilising divergent thinking techniques and breaking away from conventional patterns of thought. Technological design is similar to scientific investigation. Steps of the technological design process include, identify a problem, research the problem, generate possible solutions, select the best solution, create a model, test the model, refine and retest the model as needed, and communicate the final solution with young people. Essentially, they're just taking an old product and applying a new spin to it. Consider, for example, an entrepreneur who takes the traditional energy drink, we creates a new label and formula, and markets it towards young people. According to the results of this study, the best teaching approach is the mixed method (student-centered together with teacher-centered) plus educational planning and previous readiness. To clearly describe the event, its impact, and who/what is affected. To Identify Potential Causal Factors., map the sequence of events, Find the Root Cause(s) and identify Potential Causal Factors, map the sequence of events., Find the Root Cause. It's the act of observing a problem and simply asking, “Why?” again and again, starting at the problem and working

Roles and Responsibilities: Describe how responsibilities are shared among your team or partners.

To encourages accountability: When responsibilities are shared, team members are more likely to hold each other accountable for their contributions. This promotes a culture of accountability and ensures that everyone is committed to meeting deadlines and delivering quality work. Invite someone to join you. The next time you have a new idea or plan to start a project, think of someone who could help our be successful. To Listen more, help with small tasks and Team games. Make a to-do list that can be easily shared, edited, and updated. Ask our team first of all if they would like to take on any specific task. young People naturally pick what they know they can succeed in. In this way, we can see our team's best skills in practice and build on that for future delegated tasks. To define your partner criteria, research our partner landscape, communicate our value proposition, negotiate your partnership terms, manage our partnership relationship, and review and evaluate your partnership outcomes. All joint tenants must join in any application for a new tenancy unless a statutory exception applies. In the case of partnerships, there is an exception where not all of the joint tenants continue to use the demised premises for the purpose of the partnership business. To participation lease permits a tenant to share (or participate) in a real estate project's equity benefits. For example, in exchange for paying a higher-than- market base rental or agreeing to a longer lease term, a participation lease allows the tenant to receive participation in the project's profits.

Viability and Scalability: How are you setting your organization up for success, and what is your plan to ensure operational sustainability of your solution and its impact? What are your ideas for scaling your initiative to the next level?

The component 'Viability' relates to the capacity for life or self-support, originating from Latin vita (life), applied here to financial self-sufficiency. 'Scalability,' derived from technical fields, denotes the ability of a system to handle increased workload. By defining a clear mission and vision, establishing an appropriate organizational structure, and identifying key leadership roles, you've taken the essential steps toward building a strong and purposeful organization. An organizational structure is crucial to business operations because they provide businesses with an outline that details how they set goals, make decisions, delegate tasks to staff and direct processes. If you’re developing an organizational structure for your business, find out how to create each element of your structure with the information in this guide. The impact it's is a contraction and should be used where a sentence would normally read "it is" or "it has." The apostrophe indicates that part of a word has been removed. The traditional example is taking leadership of a group situation, being the person who steps up to lead the team and knows how to get the most our of everybody else. This is an example of initiative, but if the idea of being a leader sends you weak at the knees. Remember to make your sustainability goals SMART – Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Timely.
