Project Summary: Describe your project in one sentence
Project Einsten is a student-focused initiative ment to promote school going children with learning materials from uniforms to stationary .The main reason to this is to enhance morale.Make the the children love school.By prioritizing education over streets life they are able to build their lives in a better way through knowledge they aquire in school.Our world still needs thinkers and those will be the ones who will build this world for the better and that is why we need your support .

Founding Story: What was the spark that led you to start your project? What was the "Aha!" moment that led you to get started and see the potential for this to succeed?
Kenya is still a growing country.In as much as progress has been made in education particularly juniors more and better is still there to be made.How it has helped all through the years,education still remains a critical part all over the world.To change the world for the better we need educated individuals who will come up with great ideas. Wanting a life better than the streets cause of how harmful it can be for them was the reason behind this intiative.It is easy to switch from school-going to a drop -out but hard to turn that around.Without help the even the brightest minds can be corrupted.In order to avoid that I try to pull the little resources at my disposal to build these young lives.As a leader , having someone to take after after you is really amazing.Shows continuity of the human race and possibility of a better future.But the best of all is having to see your vision of a better world coming into reality. Although we plan to make progress in health , our major focus is still to bring light into this young lives.Making Education a fun this by reducing contrains in our ability as best as we can pushes us to wake up every day and make it happen
The Problem: What problem are you helping to solve? Why does it matter to you and your community?
We try to better lives.All over the world nations have been built through the hands of the educated minds.This has wholistically led to bettering people lives globally.Currently the streets are absorbing young lives even the brilliant ones and corrupting them.That is not good.Shattered due to poverty or negative attitude towards school is what we try to eliminate.That is why project Einstein is so important .It shows how few people can come together for the common good of the many. Why care?Well , having thought about that before i started this project and foundation,i came to a realization that their is a sense of satisfaction that comes by being a force of good.I don't know if that feeling is comparable to being a saint but what i'm certain is that saints embrace their last day cause they left the world a better place than they found it.Don't want to be a saint but what i'm certain is putting a smile on a person's face especially a child is the best gift a person can offer for the betterment of humanity.And happy humans happy life.
Your Solution: How are you solving this problem? Share your specific solution.
Our focus for now has been around schools.We do it through a process that involves: 1.Getting the vulnerable children in schools that is primary and highschools, still discussing on how to expand to colleges and universities 2.After accessing their situation we compile a list. 3.Then supply them with our aid according to our assessment apart from the general school uniform and stationary Our mission has mainly been student centric.So extending our grasp to touch this young lives to their homes is also part of our mission.Doing visits to see how they are coping with life.Also assigning them mentors to help them move through life with someone to lean on when it seems dark ahead. Ideally,we try to build a better society .Although we have been facing financial constrains,our impact or rather purposed impact still remains to be bringing value into this world. 3.
Impact: How has your project created impact / made a difference so far? Or, if at an early stage, what will impact look like?
Currently we are in our first stages.We have been able to touch a good number of young lives.But our impact is so limited to the amount of resources at our disposal. Our long run vision is to have beneficiaries who will be able to replicate what we are doing in different walks of life.With this in sight , our efforts would have made the world better for the present and future generation. We figured out that we can't have the different effects doing the same thing and that is why our foundation tries to bring change into the young lives of the most vulnerable. But focusing on the vulnerable leaves the other students out of the picture,well ,we thought about that and so as a way of inclusivity we plan to introduce entertainment as part of the strategy to build lives all through.Having students come together to have fun and socialize is amazing.We have seen how it has worked before in mental and social health and thought it would be important to add it but finances still remain our main contrain. What we love to here is people making a better world and as a foundation built upon this philosophy we intend to abide and invite fellow to contribute of this value impacting intiative .
Your Innovation: What is different about your project compared to other programs or solutions already out there? How is your project new or innovative?
What most initiatives just do donations and disappear.Well, this leaves the beneficeries ina states of limbo .For onces, we try to follow up .The reason for this is to know how our impact is making progress in their lives and also collect data to improve on how we do things.This attempt for continuous self-improvement that we project to our mission is something most initiatives lack. We also try to enforce it to our beneficeries.Continuous self improvement is a life skill and so having this young lives learn about it and applying it to their lives makes their lives better. Apart form that we also have links with their parents and teachers so that to have information pipeline on matters affecting education.Socially and mentally, the impact of building on the infrastructure we already have in the education sector is unmatchable. Our mission drives us and to add to this is a dedicated team that helps make this all true.I have seen them working and what makes me push to have this foundation a success and its projects is seeing how my team really cares on improving lives with what little they have. This can not be ignored because the self sacrifice in itself is something most people don't have.So this single purpose that brings us together is the reason so far close to 500 young lives and still more have been touched. We also try to build a family .We try to share meals, regular meet-ups to build the family spirit cause all over the world no one great thing was done by a single person,in always invlolves a team and with these people i'm certain the world will be made better.And we invite you to join our team.

Your team: What role(s) do your team members play? How do you share leadership with them?
Okay our team is works with consesus.We try to eliminate this single decision-maker model.Although in organization we have a chairman , secretary, treasurer then members, when it comes to decision making we make it as a single unit.That is what makes us stand-out because regular fall-outs that happens in initiatives like ours has been eliminated.Furthermore, we try to foster family-like relationship.
What’s Next: What are the next steps you plan to take to grow or strengthen your project over the next year? If your project is still in the idea stage, describe the steps you will take over the next three months to launch or begin developing it.
Currently we are touching education , but we plan to extend to health.Apart from financial contraints being our main challenge also exposure to world initiatives on education and health.So far in education ensuring we build positive attitude towards schools and all school goers has been a success but we can't ground our progress on past wins.In order to make it a huge success we need to scale and touch a considerable amount and bring that light where there wasn't. Partners will and are a critical part of making this a huge success.Moving from idea to implementation is never and easy task.Since we have already passes the start-up phase ,partners will come in handy in making the this early-stage phase move a bit further from where we've reached.Also ideas,brainstorming and improving on the ideas that we already have and want to add will also be a part of moving this project closer to the horizon.
How do you encourage other people to join your project or learn about the problem you’re working on? If you have a new idea, tell us how you will do this in the future.
I think on boarding team members has not been a huge challenge .The reason i because there are people in this world who are genuinely good and want to do good deeds.So that has not been a huge challenge.Our huge challenge with the team is maybe motivating them and getting them to believe more in the action they are doing and this boils down to having reliable finances. Apart from that is having to pay support stuff like those who handle logistics,cause the whole budget sometimes feels overwhelming especially when we have little run-way funds remaining.But we have been able to surivive what we have considered worst and made better moves after that.We anticipate worse but hoping for the best and that is what has kept us going . Our team members are really dedicated and love what they do.It is trully amazing working with these people cause they show how a force for good can really make an huge impact in the lives of those who lack light in their lives .That is what makes us stand -out a dedicated team.But we still have to maintain them.
