Project Stage

Idea (We’re hoping to get started in the future)

Founding Story: What was the spark that led you to start your project? What was the "Aha!" moment that led you to get started and see the potential for this to succeed?

The strive to help others in need during their hard times, really pushes me to give to them.

The Problem: What problem are you helping to solve? Why does it matter to you and your community?

I am helping to solve the issue of children or adults in the hospital who can't afford gifts or needs due to low money. They need money for their medical needs, so I can give gifts and supplies to them.

Your Solution: How are you solving this problem? Share your specific solution.

Making gift bags for parents, care baskets for patients, buying things off their Christmas lists, buying simple needs for them and their family.

Impact: How has your project created impact / made a difference so far? Or, if at an early stage, what will impact look like?

In the future, this project will look like happiness in the hospital, and thankful hearts.

Your Innovation: What is different about your project compared to other programs or solutions already out there? How is your project new or innovative?

Our program is giving to others freely. Other programs look to get something out of giving, but our program does this act of kindness just because we care. We want to see the happy faces on people who are struggling.

How many people are on your team?

5

Your team: What role(s) do your team members play? How do you share leadership with them?

We are all working together to buy and put together gifts and baskets full of things from patients in need.

What’s Next: What are the next steps you plan to take to grow or strengthen your project over the next year? If your project is still in the idea stage, describe the steps you will take over the next three months to launch or begin developing it.

We bought gifts for the people, we will put the gifts together once they come in and we will deliver the gifts to the hospital.

How do you encourage other people to join your project or learn about the problem you’re working on? If you have a new idea, tell us how you will do this in the future.

We tell them about our product, and tell them about the benefits it gives to people.
