Founding Story: What was the spark that led you to start your project? What was the "Aha!" moment that led you to get started and see the potential for this to succeed?

What made me to start this project is to give another chance to young mothers . There was alot of early marrieges and early pregnacy ,they rate of young people living with HIV was high because there were not guided how to prevent themself from getting HIv and people with disability were rejected in community there was abelieve that it is a case.

Trying to reduce HIV transmission to young people Reducing early pregnacy to small girls Let community understand that disability is not ability To let them there was another chance after amistake

40Teen mothers they are back to school 45They have recieved familly plans 100have recieved santary pads They are in groups of table banking 100 they have texted for HIV

We want to plan for the outreaches Community engagement Lifeskill and human trainings

I encourage them to join my project byattending our meetings chiefs baraza Ihave also engaged 200 young people and still engaging them we have target of 1000 young people 13 to 20years
