Description:
The Hangout Room is an open space for participants to grab snacks, play games, do homework, and chill with their peers at the Hotel. The hangout room is open each evening until 11 PM.

Workshop Descriptions:
Reflection Groups are guided in small circles throughout the event to check in, reflect, and synthesize learnings for lasting impact. Topics include empathy, teamwork and team building, leadership, wellbeing, mindfulness, and gratitude with activities and reflection questions to guide the conversation.
Changemaker Journey Workshop: In this session, you'll dive into shaping your personal changemaker journey and reflect on the incredible people who’ve supported and built your vision. Get ready for an interactive experience where you'll celebrate the well-known parts of your story and reveal the hidden gems rarely shared.
Let's Talk Money: Fundraising 101 Workshop: In this session, you'll learn basic fundraising principles, map potential fundraising partners, and create plans for the future in interactive discussions.

Project Management Workshop: In this session, fine tune your project management skills and join us to take your project planning and goal setting to the next level.
YourKids Session (Chaperones Only): This dynamic workshop is designed to equip you with the skills you need to build meaningful partnerships with a range of stakeholders.

Workshop Descriptions:
The World Café is a mix of speed networking and collaborative problem solving that brings people together around questions that matter. Employees are invited to share their knowledge, advice and words of encouragement, while participants have space to productively think through the challenges and roadblocks, they face in their changemaker journey.
The Ambition Fair is a changemaker innovation expo where winners get the chance to share their in-depth insights and unique projects with an audience. For attendees, including staff, chaperones, and others, it is a chance to engage in personal conversations and walk away with invaluable insights into 50 key solutions and innovations for social change.
Pitch Competition: This celebratory event is a culmination of the Summit experience. During this open pitch competition, attendees will get the chance to hear directly from 5 young innovators about their plans, dreams, and determination to create a lasting impact in their communities and the world. The 5 Finalists will pitch their ideas to a panel of esteemed judges for the chance to win a total award of $25,000 towards fueling their impact.
